Brief description of the content of the supported project: In the framework of the tender, we created a new 4-room pension with 12 rooms, 12 beds, 236.33 m2 useful floor area, in Balatonkenese, called Pine Weekendhouse.

 

The overall goal of the project is to expand the quality of accommodations in town and in the Balaton region. To increase the number of guest nights spent by tourists and the average length of stay of tourists while reducing seasonality and increasing the range of tourist services.
